Whether your outdoor event is a private barbecue or a company picnic, we are masters at coaxing that signature smoky flavor out of the grill and prepping beef, chicken, pork or fish with our famous Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue sauce, (created by our founder, Dave Raymond) or adding delicious flavor with our exclusive Duce’s Wild rub seasonings. We provide grilled-to-order meats, fresh salads, and savory side dishes and delectable desserts that everyone will enjoy.
What about a Pig Roast?
Add a pit roasted whole hog to any event, finished and carved on site! Our meat is seasoned with our signature Duce’s Wild Barbecue Rub and infused with a few secret flavors from our competition barbecue team. Our pork is hickory smoked “slow and low” overnight. We provide the grills, smokers, dinnerware, tables, tents, chairs and linens so you don’t have to worry about a thing – except how to be first in line to taste our Sweet Baby Ray’s Catering barbecued dishes.
